At KnoxLearn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all course purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your refund request is submitted within 30 days of the purchase date
- You have not completed more than 30% of the course content
- You have not downloaded any course materials or certificates
- The purchase was made directly through the KnoxLearn platform
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- The 30-day refund window has passed
- More than 30% of the course has been completed
- The course certificate has been issued and downloaded
- The account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions
- Purchases made through third-party platforms or promotional bundles (unless stated otherwise)
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at help@knoxlearn.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your full name, registered email address, and order/transaction ID
- Briefly describe the reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days
5. Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved:
- The refund will be credited back to your original payment method
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
- Access to the refunded course will be revoked upon approval
6. Subscription Plans
If you are on a subscription plan (if applicable), you may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription periods.
7. Abuse of Refund Policy
We reserve the right to decline refund requests from users who appear to be abusing our refund policy (e.g., repeatedly purchasing and refunding courses). In such cases, we may suspend or terminate the user's account.
