By accessing or using KnoxLearn ("the Platform"), operated by Knoxlearn Technologies Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the platform.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password
• Notify us immediately at help@knoxlearn.com of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

3. Course Purchases and Access

• All course purchases are subject to availability and our pricing at the time of purchase
• Upon successful payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the purchased course content
• Course access is for personal, non-commercial use only
• You may not share, resell, redistribute, or sublicense course content
• We reserve the right to update or modify course content at any time

4. Instructor Terms

If you create and publish courses on KnoxLearn as an instructor, you agree to:

• Only upload content that you own or have the rights to distribute
• Ensure your content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe on any third-party rights
• Comply with our content guidelines and quality standards
• Agree to our revenue-sharing arrangement as communicated during onboarding

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or instructors
• Scrape, data mine, or systematically extract data from the platform
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the platform
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive reviews or ratings

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform — including course materials, logos, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of KnoxLearn or its instructors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

7. Refunds

Our refund policy is outlined in our Refund Policy. Please review it before making any purchase.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in conduct harmful to the platform or its users. Upon termination, your right to access the platform and any purchased content will cease.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Knoxlearn Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

12. Changes to Terms
